Login or Existing User Sign up

Please enter your email ID to create a new organizational account. This will serve as Application Admin for managing the entire application.

Check availability of your Mail ID

Home Page

Display Video

Upload new media click on “Create new ” to add new media.

Upload Video

Select file type as Video

Fill in all fields with relevant information and Click on Next button to upload Video.

Select video file to upload

Select Channel name to add video and click on Next button. Select User Group and Save.

Approve to publish

After the video is uploaded it appears in Uploaded Media section from where the Admin clicks ‘Approve’ to publish the video on portal.

Upload Audio

Select audio file to upload.

Fill in all fields with relevant information and Click on Next button to upload Audio.

Select file type of the audio

Select Channel name to add audio and click on Next button. Select User Group and Save.

After the audio is uploaded it appears in Uploaded Media section from where the Admin clicks ‘Approve’ to publish the audio on portal.

Upload Image.

Select image to upload

Fill in all fields with relevant information and Click on Next button to upload Image.

Select file type of the ‘Image’.

Select Channel name to add image and click on Next button. Select User Group and Save.

After the image is uploaded it appears in Uploaded Media section from where the Admin clicks ‘Approve’ to publish the image on portal.

Upload Documents.

Select document file type to upload

Fill in all fields with relevant information and Click on Next button to upload Document.

Select file type of the ‘Document’.

Select Channel name to add Document and click on Next button. Select User Group and Save.

Approve to publish

After the document is uploaded it appears in Uploaded Media section from where the Admin clicks ‘Approve’ to publish the document on portal.

Upload Video from YouTube.

Select file type as ‘Youtube’.

Fill in all fields with relevant information and Click on Next button to Fetch youtube video.

Add URL to fetch the file. Click on ‘fetch’ after that click on Next button to select channel and user group.

Approve to publish

After uploaded Youtube Video it appears in Uploaded Media section from where the Admin clicks ‘Approve’ to publish the Video on portal.

Upcoming Event.

Select file type as ‘Upcoming event’.

Fill in all fields with relevant information.

Click on Create Meeting

Select Event start and end time also add users in meeting by clicking on Next button

Approve to publish

After the meeting is uploaded it appears in Uploaded Media section from where the Admin clicks ‘Approve’ to publish the meeting on portal.

Channel listCreate new channel

Fill all required fields to create a new channel and click on save button.

Audio Library.

Click on ‘Audio Library’ to view all the uploaded audio file channel wise. Also can upload the new audio files through ‘Create New’ button.

Image Library

Click on ‘Image Library’ to view all the uploaded image file channel wise. Also can upload the new image files through ‘Create New’ button.

Document Library.

Click on ‘Document Library’ to view all the uploaded document file channel wise. Also can upload the new document files through ‘Create New’ button.
